quite alleyhelpful stafftiny roomstiff towels
the hotel have a quite alley. metro station is near it and centre of city, with many restaurants and shops near too. staff was super helpful. the wifi was good.
the room was very tiny, i could barely move around. there wasn't a fridge and the towels felt stiff and itchy. it isn't the safest area because have a lot of homeless people near to.

I was happy the location was so central, very close to the metro. the staff was nice and friendly. I have been to many places and some staff can be weird.
the size of the bathroom was slightly small.

The location was amazing. It was accessible by metro, only three minutes away from the hotel. i could literally walk to any of the main attractions from the hotel. i found my room spacious compared to other places i stayed in.
The space for breakfast was quite small. It felt a bit cramped, maybe because it was a sunday and many people were leaving.

The room had everything i needed. The bed was comfortable and the modern design was pleasant. nice touches included a nespresso machine, complementary water, and lovely l'occitane toiletries. water and pastries were also available in reception.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and cute. I appreciated their assistance. the personnel offered my wife and i a tasty cappuccino, complimentary. it was a very grateful moment.
