quite alley helpful staff tiny room stiff towels
the hotel have a quite alley. metro station is near it and centre of city, with many restaurants and shops near too. staff was super helpful. the wifi was good.
the room was very tiny, i could barely move around. there wasn't a fridge and the towels felt stiff and itchy. it isn't the safest area because have a lot of homeless people near to.

central location friendly staff really good cleanliness
I was happy the location was so central, very close to the metro. the staff was nice and friendly. I have been to many places and some staff can be weird.
the size of the bathroom was slightly small.

fantastic experience!
amazing location efficient staff spacious room helpful service
The location was amazing. It was accessible by metro, only three minutes away from the hotel. i could literally walk to any of the main attractions from the hotel. i found my room spacious compared to other places i stayed in.
The space for breakfast was quite small. It felt a bit cramped, maybe because it was a sunday and many people were leaving.

The room had everything i needed. The bed was comfortable and the modern design was pleasant. nice touches included a nespresso machine, complementary water, and lovely l'occitane toiletries. water and pastries were also available in reception.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and cute. I appreciated their assistance. the personnel offered my wife and i a tasty cappuccino, complimentary. it was a very grateful moment.

The hotel is accessible by metro and within walking distance to many main attractions. It's very convenient. the location is excellent, situated in a quiet spot that feels quite central. many nice restaurants, pastry shops, and bars are nearby.

the hotel was recently refurbished to a very high standard, looking fresh and modern. i was also happy with coffee machine and capsules of top quality. the tv had all the new movies i missed at the cinema.
